Check For Colic Buzz 1/13/22
Steve fed in the morning and noticed that Buzz was stomping a back foot, and not really interested in eating. So I called Brenda and had to wait for her return call.
I went ahead and gave him 12ml of Zestera and Steve squirted it into his mouth. I have been sick with the flu for 5 days and so Steve took him into Brenda's for me.
Before Steve even haltered him up Buzz took a good poop that was moist. Dr. Brenda Linman heard good gut sounds.
Just Days before he had a great work out at Leigh Semas Arena.
Dr. Linman wants me to give him psyllium to help remove any sand. Only a few days earlier Buzz had some wire cuts on his right front foot pastern but was never lame. This was his second time ever having any coloic symptons. The first time was in June 0f 2021 and we had to use the smaller tube to oil him.
