Nugget Hemotoma UltraSound
Dr. Isbell examined Nugget on Aug. 27th and found a large subcatoneous hemotoma. The hemotoma is pushing the tendon out. The tendon was fine just inflamed.

On Sept. 4th Re-check Tendon Ultra-soundNow horseshoe nail found in left hind foot. Very lame turning left, Sensitive tissue in lateral sulcus. Moderate digital pulse, abocial block.
followed nail track to corium. Distal limbperfusion with antiopiotics got 15cc. Dakins solution to clean foot bleach, baking soda, sterile water. Used game ready for a week and then ice boots for another week to reduce
swelling.
